St. Columba’s by the Castle needs a new care taker.

Vacancy: Caretaker and Cleaner

13 hours a week, £104 per week

Would suit a postgraduate student with flexible working hours or a retired person.

• To open up the hall for people hiring it and lock up after events (approx 10 hrs a week)

• To ensure that the hall, kitchen and toilets are clean before and after each let (approx 3 hrs a week)

• To ensure the security of the building at all times.

• To liaise with the Halt Administrator and two Directors of  St Columba’s Resources Company, one whom will be the Caretaker’s line manager.

Person Specification:
It is essential that the post holder is
Trust worthy
Punctual
Organised
Enjoys working with the public
Can work unsupervised
Over 18 years old
